🍀 Banner 2 🍀 Previously, Kim Se-ui, operator of Garo Sero Institute, filed criminal complaint against the Kim Soo-hyun Actor Fan Union for defamation through the dissemination of false information. In the complaint, Kim Se-ui claimed that messages displayed on the “fact truck” operated by the fan union constituted false information, specifically: ① the claim that Garo Sero Institute was refusing forensic analysis of the late actress Kim Sae-ron’s mobile phone, laptop, and tablet, and ② the claim that Garo Sero Institute was engaging in intimidation- and stalking-style public opinion manipulation targeting actor Kim Soo-hyun. He argued that these claims were false and that they damaged his reputation.
