🏛Banner 2 🏛 The first trial of Kim Seui will be held next month, July 24. Chief Judge Kim Yurang of the Seoul Central District Court’s Criminal Division 14 will hold Kim Seui’s first trial at 10:40 a.m. on July 24. He is charged with violations of the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation), violations of the Sexual Violence Punishment Act (distribution of illegally filmed materials, etc.), and violations of the Stalking Punishment Act. The prosecution said, “After the police sent the case to us, we carried out more investigation, including interviewing the victim and examining audio files through the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office Forensic Science Division. We found that the defendant edited and changed materials on his own, or shared the victim’s private life without basic fact-checking, causing serious harm.”
